Eligible customers can start sending remittance instructions through our simple six-step process:

1. Login or create a new account
2. Confirm your successful online registration
3. Select the currency you want to send
4. Select the beneficiary or create a new one
5. Choose the payment option (BPAY® or POLi™)
6. Review and confirm your transaction details

Please note that to use the app, your Android device must have OS 5.0 or above, and its language and region should be set to English and Australia respectively.

The app requires certain permissions, such as accessing the camera to take a photo of your valid ID during the registration process.
